July update on Viridor Credits' response to Coronavirus pandemic

Since 24 March 2020, we have been working hard from home to deliver our services to our applicants, both new and existing. Unfortunately, in that time we have been unable to access the office phone system.

From Monday 27 July, the office phone system will be manned in a limited capacity in order to allow our applicants to contact a member of the team directly.

The hours that the phone will be manned are:
Monday-Friday 10am-1pm

Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that a member of staff is available during these hours, we cannot guarantee that your call will be answered. If you have difficulty reaching us by phone, please send an email to us directly.
